Jonathan Rabinow currently works at Intellex Capital as CEO and founder. He is a seasoned real assets and capital markets executive with over 30 years of experience in U.S. real estate and cross-border fundraising. Before founding Intellex Capital, he served as Chief Investment Officer of a $10 billion real estate investment firm, where he built and led the EB-5 platform that financed over $3B of development. That role was prior experience; his current employer is Intellex Capital.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rabinow was a senior acquisitions executive at RXR Realty, where he executed over $5 billion of real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
